Ladoix
Ladoix was originally a hamlet belonging to the commune of Serrigny. Situated on the D974 Dijon-Beaune road, this hamlet developed particularly well and around the 1980s it became the economic centre of the village of Serrigny, with its traders and craftsmen.

Tasting notes: The colour is intense with purple hues. The nose reveals aromas of red fruits, raspberry, wild strawberry, cherry. The palate is rich with a nice balance, fine and elegant tannins and spicy aromas on the finish.

2020
Tasting notes: The colour is garnet red. The bouquet is reminiscent of raspberry and blueberry, leading to aromas of candied fruit. On the palate, velvet, power and distinction stand out on very fine-grained tannins.

2019
Tasting notes: The 2019 vintage gives an incredible opening with a slightly purple ruby colour. On the nose, the aromas are fresh dominated by raspberry and blackcurrant. On the palate, the delicate tannins will quickly soften. The final result is fruity, dense and lively.

2018
Tasting notes: To the eye, a brilliant garnet colour with purple hues. The nose is dominated by fruit aromas such as cherry and morello cherry with subtle peppery and mineral notes. Finally, the palate is rich with a nice structure and hints of liquorice on the finish.

2017
Tasting notes: Deep ruby colour. Intensity of varied aromas of red fruits and spices mixed with woody scents. After a fairly lively attack, good volume with a medium tannic structure, a delicate and well-balanced wine.

2016
Tasting notes: A wine whose fruit is indeed very ripe and pleasant, with a "candy" side. However, the wine also has a nice frame and a slight bitterness that gives it a nice finish. An easy to drink wine, extremely tasty, velvety and fruity as hell.

2015
Tasting notes: Fleshy, rich and round wine. We find a beautiful aromatic composition on the fruit like blackcurrant, but also spices. There is a lot of sweetness in the mouth.

2019

Riche, ample et magnifiquement assemblé, ce vin possède une profondeur considérable et une succulence en milieu de bouche. Avec un tel spectre de saveurs, il n’y a cependant pas de boisé ou de tanin indésirable. Généreux et structuré, c’est un vin capiteux, doté d’un réel flair et d’une grande ambition. C’est l’antithèse du Corton à l’ancienne et il marque
le début d’une ère nouvelle et passionnante pour ce monopole parfaitement situé. (À boire entre 2023 et 2032)
